We are sad to announce that on July 30, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Eileen McDougal (Paden City, West Virginia), born in Nitro, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Carte and Mabel Carte (Green); her husband Graffics Lee McDougal; and her daughter Judith A.. She is survived by: her children, Robert L. McDougal (Betty), Carl D. McDougal of Paden City, WV, James L McDougal (Deanna) of Reidsville, NC, Ernest L McDougal of Paden City, WV, Elaine "Boots" Goots (William) of Reidsville, NC and Karen L. Coleman (Harold) of Fontana, CA; and her sisters, Pat Milligan of Fontana, CA and Donna Rogers (Bob) of Martins Ferry, OH. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, thirty-seven great grandchildren; ten great-great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
