He is survived by: his children, Stephen Arnett of Shadyside, OH and Nancy Fletcher of Newport, OH; his grandchildren, Terry and Elizabeth Winter; and his siblings, John Arnett (Bette) of Haymarket, VA and Joanna Casto (Ron) of Paden City, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
