Steven Arnold Neely Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Arnold Neely of Paden City, West Virginia, who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Carrie Neely (Durig) of New Martinsville, WV.; his grandparents, George and Inez Durig; his sister Judy Watters (Craig) of Rice's Landing, PA; his sibling's children, Amanda Willis (Frank), Joshua Elliott (Melinda) and Rebecca Mastarone (Paul); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ainsley, Owen, Oliver, Ophelia, Quinn and Ethan.
