She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. G. Frank Plybon Sr. and Bertha Gill Plybon; her husband James W. Howard; and her brothers, Rev. G. Frank Plybon Jr., John W. Plybon and Dr. Benjamin Lee Plybon.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Marsha Plybon; and her nieces and nephews, Janet Lynn Wolf (Hal), Rachel Beach (Robert), Leanna Prater (Craig), Kim Penberthy (David), Laura Plybon, Benjamin Plybon, Shaun Plybon (Mary), Bevin Plybon (Trollie) and Jeremy Plybon (Jeanne). She is also survived by cousins, family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fredlock & Fenner Funeral Homes (21 N 2nd St Ext, Oakland, MD 21550).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Marshall University Foundation.
