She was predeceased by : her parents, Virgil J. Tinney and Irene V. Willis Tinney. She is survived by : her daughter Christy A. Tinney of Parkersburg; her stepdaughter Barbara Woodyard of Vienna; her grandchildren, Charli Burke and Veronica Holbert; her great grandchildren, Callie Mitchell, Camrie Blosser, Sawyer Burke and Kimber Holbert; her niece Brandi Ledsome (Doug); and also, Joey and Tony.
