With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Beulah JoEllen Bailey (Parkersburg, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 1, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Anna Geraldine Jones. She is survived by: her sons, James Rance Bailey (Denise) of Wirt County, Matthew Bailey (Andrea) of Wirt County and Willard Bailey (Conni) of Wirt County; her great grandchild Hunter Bailey; her siblings, Gary, Tom, Roger, Steve, Becky, Mark and Tim; and her significant other James L. "Bud" Bailey.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Wirt County 4-H Leaders and American Cancer- Carmen Hathaway.
