He is survived by: his father Henry Martin Garvin; his wife Yvonne Mae Garvin; his children, Carmel Edward Garvin Jr. (Katsuko) of Vienna, WV and Rick Garvin (Sarah) of Raleigh, NC; his siblings, Beulah Heater (Kenny) of Buckhannon, WV and Cam Garvin (Betty) of Parkersburg, WV.; his grandchildren, Tiffani Garvin (Pedro Lopez) and Kaitlyn Elmore (Ian); his great grandchildren, Brili McCoy (Seth), Belle Weaver (Jimmy Ault), Benae Weaver (Sam Short) and Lexie Elmore; and his great great grandchildren, Duncan and Adaleigh.
