She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellsworth Gabbert and Rosa Virden Gabbert; her spouse Buryl Jefferson Fluharty Jr. "Junior"; her brothers, Forrest "Bugs" Gabbert and Ellsworth Gabbert Jr.; her daughter Rosa L. Braham "Rosie"; her siblings, Vivian M. Gabbert Kidd and Kenneth Gabbert; and her grandson Christopher Wayne Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Shingleton (Steve) of Parkersburg, Jeff Fluharty (Angie) of Parkersburg and Jason Fluharty (Tabby) of Vienna; her grandchildren, Bobby Moore (Susan), Nicole Venuso (Anthony), Alexis Gilbert (Alexander), Tori Fluharty, Jaydon Fluharty and Miranda Braham; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Evan, Logan Moore, Ashely, Dante Moore, Myklyn Brown, Lydia, Lailah, Malachi, Zion Venuso, Isaiah, Adaline and Andrew Gilbert; and her sister-in-law Patsy Gabbert.
Viewing was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of South Parkersburg (2333 Pike St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
