She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Larry and Donna Hughes. She is survived by: her parents, Sherry Lynn Knotts of Parkersburg and David W. Knotts, II of Florida; her fiancé Josh Westfall; her daughter Sophia; her siblings, Brandon Cline (Katie) of Parkersburg, Coty Knotts of Parkersburg and Rikki Morris; her cousin Courtney Thompson of Parkersburg; her mother-in-law Tammy Walker; her sister-in-law Tiffany Cline; and her grandparents, Delmas and Sandy Walker of Walton, WV. She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was also a strong advocate for the "Be the Foundation".
