He was predeceased by : his parents, Harvey Hart and Annie Lewis Hart; his wife Linda Britton Hart; his daughter Lisa Hart; and his sister Charlotte Anderson.

He is survived by : his son William Hart; and his brothers, Tom and Tony Hart. He is also survived by two sisters; two brothers; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
