He is survived by: his wife Amanda Blake Douglass; his children, Jubal Leah Douglass Bauer (Jon) of Granville, OH, Kezia J. Douglass Parsons (Tom) of Parkersburg, Maghee M. Douglass (Ines) of Elleridge, MD and DRisen S. Douglass (Maranda) of Parkesburg; his siblings, Ellen Ann Douglass Dalton (Paul) of Herndon, VA and Daniel Brobst II of Parkersburg; and his grandchildren, Miguel Douglass, Stacey Douglass, Charity Douglass, Piper Bauer, Odin Bauer, Kandis Alexander, Ollie Alexander and Lilly Douglass.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (2515 Capital Dr, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
