She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly L. Lockhart and Dessel Woodring Lockhart; her husband Franklin Sandy; and her children, Franklin Sandy, Edna Wilson and Catherine Sandy.
She is survived by: her children, Eula Honaker (Dwight) of Parkersburg, Molly Sandy (Jean) of Marietta, Stella Oldham (Tony) of Grantsville and Glen Sandy (Melody) of Coolville; and her siblings, Ida Sidwell of Elizabeth and Francis Lockhart of Burning Springs. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
