He is survived by: his wife Carol Flo Sullivan (Smith) of Parkersburg; his children, Crystal Sullivan-Swiger (Joshua) of Honolulu, HI, Jeremy Sullivan of Parkersburg, Shawn Sullivan of Parkersburg and Noel Sullivan of Parkersburg; and his grandchildren, Jonah, Zoe and Serena Swiger.
