We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2024, at the age of 77, Hazel Eloise Ray of Parkersburg, West Virginia, born in Elizabeth, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hazel Eloise Ray to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harris Giffin and Laura Giffin; and her siblings, Ada Mae Wade, Doris Eileen, Clyde Giffin, Dora Belle Deem, Chester Giffin, Herman Giffin, Edith Freeman, Raymond Giffin and Harvey Giffin.

She is survived by : her daughter Cynthia Butcher (Shuan Butcher) of Frederick; and her siblings, Pauline McVey, Margaret Reeves, Norma Thomas and Gerry Giffin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (1701 19th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
