It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Anderson of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on April 26, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, A. Boyd Brown and Vida Brown (Elliott); her husband Reverend William J. Anderson; her sister Donna Mae Givens; and her great grandchild Gabriel Kirk.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Bookman (Dave) of Romney, WV, Alice Montgomery (Rusty) of Parkersburg, WV, Kevin Anderson (Debbie) of Bridgeport, WV, Lynn Gordon (Jake) of Lake Placid, FL and Brenda Slavin (Dan) of Parkersburg, WV; her grandchildren, Robert Wilson (Tiffanie Coe), Jennifer Kirk (Tim), Eric Anderson (Natasha), Dawn Thomas (Josh), Cindy Draham (Adam), Amber Baker (Chris Freeman), Michelle Langdon (Chris), Carrie Casto (John), John Wilson (Sheri), Greg Wilson (BeLinda), Nathan Slavin, Kristen Martin (Matt) and Jordan Slavin (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Roland Sheppard, Tyler Sheppard, Rachel Kirk, Ryan Kirk, Drew Kirk, Sidney Wilson, Mara Coe, Carrson Wilson, Cameron Wilson, Amelia Thomas, Madison Thomas, Luke Anderson, Eli Draham, Cash Draham, Aaliyah Draham, Jacob Freeman, Riley Freeman, Kelsey Langdon, Karleigh Langdon, Will Casto, Emma Casto, Kaylyn Martin, Gage Martin, Sloane Slavin and Silas Slavin; and her great great grandchild Bennett Sheppard.
