She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubra Carpenter and Wavelene Grace Carpenter Williams (Hill); her stepfather Sam Williams; her siblings, Dean Carpenter, Larry Carpenter, Butch Carpenter (Veda) and Susan Ash; her brother-in-law Robert Miller; and the father of her children David Underwood.
She is survived by: her siblings, Rich Carpenter (Ruby), Mary Lou Miller and Gayanne Crislip (Gary); her sisters-in-law, Janice Carpenter and Linda Carpenter; her sons, Daniel Underwood (Regina), Keith Underwood (Lil), Rich Underwood (Susan) and Butch Underwood (Tanya); and her grandchildren, Stacy McCrady (Chuck), Wendy Simonton (Brooks), Kayla Lucas (Matthew), Travis Barton (Brooke), Ashley Underwood, Amber Busiek (Kurt), Kayla Lowe (Dave), Julie Yeager (Anthony) and Dean Underwood.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lambert Tatman Funeral Home (2333 Pike St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
