He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Walters and Mildred Walters. He is survived by: his wife Donna Walters; his children, Rod (Barb), Randy (Judy), Teresa (Rich), Greg (Kim) and Linda (Robb); his siblings, Roger (Joyce), Ronald (Karen), Gary and Karen; and his friend John Bosley, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to a charity of choice.
