He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mullen and Iva Beatrice Giffen Mullen. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Silket (Mike), Jerry Allen and Jonathan Mullen. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and his buddy "Sam" the cat.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Homes (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
