She is survived by: her son Larry W. Starcher (Beth) of Parkersburg; and her pet Mimi.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vaughan-Kimes Funeral Home & Crematory (521 Fifth St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
