He is survived by: his children, Heather DeLancey (Anthony) of Parkersburg, Tad Forshey (Katie) of St. Marys, WV, Bryan Forshey (Karen) of Camden, NC and Johnny Forshey of Walker, WV; his grandchildren, Hunter, Alexa, Colson of Logan, JT, Jaidyn, Bryce, Branson, Hayla and Crystal; his great grandchildren, Huxley and Amelia; and his siblings, Carolyn Theobald (Rex), Gary Forshey (Pam), Pam Cross and Terry Forshey (Tina).
