He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth L. Newberry and Edith May Butcher Winters; his daughter Jennie Walker; his grandson Kenny Walker; and his siblings, Opal Jean Ray and Kenneth Lee Newberry.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Newberry; and his children, Brian Newberry (Theresa), Cindy Hart (Jeff), Greg Newberry (Leah), Julie Rajan (Rajan) and Eric Strother (Tammy). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
