She was predeceased by: her parents, Madeline Lawson Smith and Laco Dennis Smith; her husband Colin Huggins; and her siblings, Gene Smith, Joann Buchann, Frank Smith, Diana Maston, Joyce Ankrom, Larry Smith, Michael Smith and Thomas Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Samantha Blouir (Bradley); her grandson Hunter Blouir; and her sister Mary Smith Powell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ingram Funeral Home (512 2nd St, St Marys, WV 26170). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
