It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Y. Taylor of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon Taylor and Eugenia S. Spriggs Taylor; and her sister Karen Taylor. She is survived by: her children, LeKesha Taylor (Jason) of Huntington and Tyson Glover of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Tyreke Glover, Ezekiel Glover, Emberlee Taylor and Elias Taylor; and her siblings, Claudia Taylor (Kentrel Mitchell) of Parkersburg, Shelia Victor (Ronald) of Cincinnati, Weldon "Timmy" Taylor III (Vicki) of Parkersburg, Charles "Buddy" Taylor of Parkersburg and William Tyrone Taylor of Parkersburg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of Parkersburg (400 Green St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
