It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Faye Hibbs of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Lital B. Starcher and Ruth Starcher (Anderson); her former life partner Robert "Bob" Hibbs; her grandson Adam Lovell; and her sisters, Leno Ash and Thelma Griffin.

She is survived by : her children, Patty Lovell (Lyn) of Vienna and Robb Hibbs (Donna) of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Nikki Bradley (Jeremy), April Pennell (Jarrid) and Erin Smith (Joe); and her great grandchildren, Carson, Cailyn Elliott, Lincoln, Clara and Parker Bradley.
