She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Gault and Belva Ann McFee Gault; her husband Basil Johnson; and her siblings, Roxie Bosley and Joseph Gault.

She is survived by : her nephew John Sines (Linda) of Parkersburg, WV; her nieces, Susanne Hein of Hickory, NC and Sandy Ray of Hickory, NC; and her sister Ruby Sines of Parkersburg, WV..
