She is survived by: her sons, Tom Sams (Jennifer) of Cutler, OH and Bill Sams (Jessica) of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Bethany, Mason, Wyatt and Brody Sams; and her sisters, Connie Smith, Billie Doss and Kay Lonas.
