He is survived by: his wife Deborah Carver Budgett; his children, Eric Budgett of Myrtle and Mollie Carver (Victor) of Parkersburg; his siblings, Brad Budgett of Marietta, Greg Budgett (Lois) of Cleveland and Linette Burns Taylor of Belpre; his grandchildren, Nathan, Rosie, Tony Carver, Max, Lily, Luca, Maci and Dominque Budgett; his siblings' children, Bradford Budgett (Jessica), Zach Taylor and Amanda Taylor; and his pets, BooBoo, Budgie and Maxie.
