She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence C. Dowler and J. Evelyn Dowler (Amos); her significant other Harold R. Lockhart; and her siblings, James Arthur and Terri Lynn.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Ann Buchman (Bradley), Sherry Lynn Farnsworth (Mark) of Harold Ray, Lockhart Jr. (Jodi) and Lori Diane Lockhart-Lott (Brian); her grandchildren, Mitchell Buchman (Amy) and Natalie Arnold (Nate); her spouse Lauren Everhart (Matthias); her great grandchild Rune Whited; and her pets, Hazel and Farmer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Shirley's honor to the Humane Society of Parkersburg.
