He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren K. Farley and Thanna A. Cadle Farley; and his sister Teresa Burchette. He is survived by: his daughter Ashleigh Leftridge (Chris) of Petersburg, VA; his siblings, Sarah Wright of Parkersburg, Debra Neal of Pipestem, WV and Tim Farley (Brittany) of Belle, WV; and his grandchildren, Daniel and Eliana Leftridge.
