She is survived by : her husband Joe Handlan; her children, Jody Handlan (Cami) of Fairmont, WV and Julie Cupp (Nathan) of Morgantown, WV; her siblings, Ann Garges (Tom) of Charleston, SC and Gil Cottle (Susie) of Philadelphia, PA; her siblings-in-law, Tip Handlan (Liz) of Columbus, OH, Stu Handlan (Linda) of Richmond, VA, Liz Wilton (Craig) of Columbia, MD and Patty Harman (Chuck) of Morgantown; her grandchildren, Joslyn Handlan of Fairmont and Tristan Matthews (Deziray) of Panama City, FL; her great grandchild Lennox Matthews; her close friend Barb Shaulis; and her friend Sue Balsley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
