It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toni Eleanor Latham of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on June 16, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Adams and Francis Justice Lowe (Raymond); her daughter Roslynn Isaacs; her grandson Dustin Keel; and her siblings, Florence Simmons, Richard Adams, Joel Adams, Gail Mitchell and Carol Gavin.
She is survived by: her children, William D. Callahan of Parkersburg, Lavonna Callahan of Marietta, GA., Tammy Callahan of Parkersburg and Morgan Webster (Dylan) of Parkersburg; and her siblings, Frank Adams of Grand Rapids, MI., Helen Pompey of Parkersburg and Eileen Bartlett of Columbus, OH.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
