He is survived by : his mother Lucinda Spainhour (Mike) of Parkersburg, WV; his wife Lindsey Hull; his daughter Haley Payne (Timothy) of Parkersburg, WV; his grandmother Emogene Kelley of Parkersburg, WV; his brother Rick Hull (Christen) of Martinsburg, WV; his stepsiblings, Josh Spainhour of Parkersburg, WV and Jonna Kuskey (Joe) of Moundsville, WV; and his grandchild Ellie Payne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
