He was predeceased by: his parents, Connie W. Ryan, Sr. and Joy Sirbaugh Ryan; his grandfather Ora "Jerry" Ryan of Bunker Hill, WV; and his siblings, Richard "Dick" Ryan and Joyce Ryan.
He is survived by: his brother Charles "Keith" Ryan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews & great nieces & nephews.
