He is survived by: his mother Gladys Marie Hawkins Williams (Perkins) of Rosedale; his daughter Tera Marie Williams of Wesley Chapel, FL; his siblings, Linda Moyers (Jerry B. Allen) of Flatwoods, WV, Marlene Minney (Mark) of Rosedale, Ruth Ann Jacops (Richard "Jake") of Rosedale, WV, Denise Niese (Dale) of Northwood, OH and Warren Williams of Vermilion, OH; his pet Sugar; and also, Marshall B. Given of Flatwoods, WV and Mark C. Minney III (Perkins) of Rosedale. He is also survived by nieces and nephews including two special grandnephews.
