She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ervin Kesner and Jennie Eunice Kesner (Siever); and her siblings, Mary Shoemaker (Kesner) and Harlan Kesner. She is survived by: her husband Royce E. Plauger; her son Royce E. Plauger II (Tania) of Keyser, WV; her grandchildren, Zachary Plauger, Kayla (Plauger) and Tobergte (Eric); her great grandchild Bella Tobergte; her brother Larry Kesner (Carolyn) of Petersburg, WV; and her sister-in-law Rosalee Kesner of Petersburg, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home (11 N Main St, Petersburg, WV 26847). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
