We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2023, at the age of 81, Elaine Soltzberg of Petersburg, West Virginia, born in Cabins, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Eston Smith and Lona Belle Smith (Landis); her husband Milton Soltzberg; and her sister Wilda J. Helmick. She is survived by : her siblings, Nancy L. George (Toney) of Petersburg, WV and Harold E. Smith of Maysville, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
