He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Raines and Margie Raines (Harper); his siblings, Morris Raines and Reva Kisamore; and his brother-in-law Bob Wolfe.
He is survived by: his children, Jenny Tingler (Dale) of Petersburg, WV, Todd Raines (Cathy) of Harman, WV, Casey Raines (Jennifer) of Snowy Mt and Jerry Raines Raines (Monica) of Onego, WV; his siblings, Dorothy Wolfe of Martinsburg, WV and Elton Raines of Cabins, WV; his grandchildren, Miley, Morgan, Peyton, Katie, Megan, Dawson, Cheyenne, Hannah, Chris and Danielle Marie; and his great grandchildren, Hadley, Clara, Ryder, Lizzie, Raegen, Owen and Little Parker.
