Scott Jr. of Petersburg, West Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on January 5, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Luther B. Scott, Sr. and Thelma Moses Scott; his wife Ester B. Scott; and his daughter Tina L. Scott. He is survived by : his son Randall K. Scott (Kelly) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; and his grandson Brody.
