He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Dale "Tootsie" Bland and Ethel Marie Bland (Lambert) of Rivertor, WV.; and his grandson Harry Alan Max Bland. He is survived by : his wife Lora Bland (Chapman); his children, April Whetzel (Jeremy) of Petersburg, WV and Cody Bland (Sarah Keplinger) of Petersburg, WV; his siblings, Katherine "Kathy" Arbaugh of Harrisonburg, VA and Matthew Bland of Medley, WV; and his grandchildren, Adam, Jacob Whetzel, Christine, Ava and Negan Bland.
