She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Harter and Betty Harter (Craigh); her husband Anthony Cabral; her close friend John Benjamin Juker; and her children, Jim, Greg Watson and Tonya Minico.
She is survived by: her siblings, Peggy Rundle (John) of Fairmont, WV, Judy Reese of Florida and Ricky Harter of Fairmont, WV; and her caregiver Alisha Sites. She is also survived by several Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Basagic Funeral Home (501 N Fork Hwy, Petersburg, WV 26847). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
