Heavener (Brenda) of Cabins, WV and Douglas E. Heavener of Petersburg, WV; his brothers, Larry Heavener (Sally) of Cabins, WV and Luther Heavener of Cabins, WV; his grandchildren, Dwayne A. Heavener, Jr., Valerie Jones (Joey), Jeanie Heavener, Jacob Jones, Kyle Jones (Amanda) and Ricky Dodson; and his great grandchildren, Autumn Heavener, Dillon, Cameron, Liam and Emma Jones.
