It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Bailey of Peterstown, West Virginia, who passed away on November 3, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel M. Bradley and Euna Crotty Bradley; her husband Fred E. Bailey; and her sister Gayla Sue Meadows. She is survived by: her daughter Marcella Stacy (Robert) of Henry, VA; her brother David Bradley (Peggy) of Peterstown, WV; her grandchildren, Crystal Kiser (Brian) of Bassett, VA and Christopher Dillon (Mindie) of Ashboro, NC; and her great grandchildren, Austin, McKinley, Madison, Caitlyn, Tyllir and Cheyenne.
