She is survived by: her mother Emmogene Collins (Gabbert); her husband Joseph Scott Francis; her children, Naresa Perine (Mike) of Ellenboro, WV, Joshua Francis (Joy) of Parkersburg, WV and Jesse Francis (Megan) of Ellenboro, WV; her grandchildren, Kialei Francis, Ethan Perine, Aiden Francis, Madelyn Francis and Kolt Francis; her sister Patti Collins (Lowell Clark) of Ellenboro, WV; her nieces, Ashley Collins and Elena Jones; and her great-nieces, Emilee and Emersyn Jones.
