He was predeceased by: his parents, Orris Keim and Rose Ann Irvine (Mahoney); and his sisters, Joan Rose Irvine Hinkle (Frank "Bulldog" Hinkle), Gwendolyn K. Irvine Pall and Carol E. Irvine Schmertzler (Henry Schmertzler).
He is survived by: his wife Betty M. Stemple; his son Chris Irvine; his daughter-in-law Jean Ellen of Philippi, WV; and his sister Cornelia "Connie" Irvine Payne (Frederick Payne) of Houston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
