He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Lantz and Vonda Lee Lantz (McDaniel); and his brother Randy Lantz. He is survived by: his daughter Joy Adkins; his grandchildren, Alexis Jade Adkins, Kearsten Nicole Adkins and Cayden Grey Arnold; and his brother Larry Lantz (Janice). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
