She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" and Lena Gay Poling Righman; her husband Robert Leone "Mutt" Kines; her parents-in-law, Delbert "Deb" and Tina Kines; her son-in-law Rick Rinehart; and her brother-in-law Bennie Kines.
She is survived by: her daughters, Roberta "Bobbie" Rinehart of Belington and Joyce Simmons (Bob) of Moatsville; her grandchildren, Rickey "RJ" Rinehart (Andrea Adamson), Nicole "Nikki" Wolfe (Derek) and Robert "Rob" Wilfong (Dema); her great grandchildren, Makylie Rinehart, Kale, Keagan Wolfe, Taylor, Kelsea, Xander Wilfong and Dominic Summerfield; her brothers, Eugene Righman (Dorine) of Philippi and Jerry Righman; and her close friend Jean Kines of Tacy. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and a whole host of friends.
Due to Covid restrictions facial coverings and social distancing are highly recommended while paying your respects in the funeral home.
