He was predeceased by : his parents, Arvil "Redd" and Dessie Hawkins (Dent); and his son Tom Hawkins. He is survived by : his wife Margie; his daughters, Kathy Netherton of Indiana and Kriss Price (Bob) of Texas; his stepson Rob Goontz (Donna) of Pine Grove; his grandchildren, Hayley (Doug), Josh, Kirstie, Kami, Robin, Amanda, Johnny, Joey and Natasha; his sister Dorothy Hawkins of Pine Grove; his siblings-in-law, Janet Hillberry and Clarence Hillberry of Smithfield; and his pet Peanut.
Memorial contributions may be made, in Hawk's name to the American Cancer Society.
