He was predeceased by : his parent Warner Cork; his wife Carolyn Fetty Cork; his stepmother Lucille Cork; his sibling Larry Cork; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Brookover Cork and Wayne Lee Fetty; his granddaughter Samantha Jan Tajwall; and also Penny Cork.

He is survived by : his parent Dorothy Cork (Henderson); his daughter Shana Loy (Ahmad Tajwall); his grandchildren, Kayla Jean Yoos (Tim) and Benjamin Dean Tajwall; his siblings, Alan Cork (Beth), Tom Bobblet (Debbie), Cathy Hayhurst (Bob) and Kay Helmick (Arthur); and his sister-in-law Nancy Fetty.
