We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2021, at the age of 90, Betty Jo Hanshaw of Pineville, West Virginia, born in Leatherwood, Kentucky passed away. She was predeceased by : her parents, Mac Dorton and Irene Myers Dorton; her husband Euell Hanshaw; her siblings, Margerat Thacker, Bill Dorton, Bob Dorton, Harold Dorton and Gene Dorton; and her sons-in-law, Donnie Cook and Goerge Cox.

She is survived by : her children, Belinda Cook Bias (Jack), Debbie Cox (Walt Lester) and Hanshaw; her grandchildren, Craig Cook (Stephanie), Tara Hatfield (Adam) and Bethany Cox; and her great grandchildren, Piper, Mazie, Zane, MaKinlei, Sadie, Chase, Kadan, Riley, Jax, Mason, Nate, Morgan and Tanner. She is also survived by Five great great grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
