He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmie Shrewsbury and Mary Bishop Shrewsbury Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Christina Bower (Jeremy), Carrie Morgan (Larry) and Lewis Shrewsbury Jr.; his grandchildren, Caleb, Dustin, Allie, Arista, Annie and Barry; his siblings, Carol Sue Johnson, Teresa Hall, Kimberly Hall, Patty Barns, Betty Tisdale, Ernest Shrewsbury, Harold Shrewsbury and Denny Shrewsbury; and his girlfriend Linda Carter. He is also survived by partner, and a host of great grandchildren, extended family, and special friends.
